We are committed to sending you goods in excellent condition for your use!
All goods will leave our offices in excellent condition. However if during
transit, damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours and send photos of the damage to [email protected]
Upon proof of damage, we will send replacement goods. We can only
replace damaged goods with the same product and not a different product to the one
If for some reason you receive goods from us that are in perfect condition but decide you no longer want these goods then please return them within 7 days.
Goods must be in original packaging, be unused and undamaged. Please state reason for return in your correspondence.
Once we have received the goods, we will furnish you with a voucher number to use with your next order, or give you a refund.
Refunds do not include the cost of shipping.
